Risk and Reward

It is often said that the greater the risk the greater the reward, if you think about it in terms of life it rings absolutely true.  If we live for a purpose greater than ourselves success will be eternal. To risk it all for the sake of our dreams is to risk our very soul.

There are no instructions to guide us on our journey only our intuition, mistakes will be made but know that falling short is never by accident. Waiting for opportunities to come our way is a sure way to never succeed. Persistence is the only way to find the path to your success.

Our motivations drive us to success, it's up to you to decide what is truly valuable in life. Wealth and power may appeal to some but in the end are a fleeting fool's gold. Our love and passion determine if our dreams are within reach.

In the end the biggest risk is accomplishing nothing in life, the biggest reward is fulfilling a dream and going to the next level. Fear and doubt are symptoms of selfish dreams. The courage to take the ultimate risk can be found in a willingness to change the world for the better.

    1. Absolutely, to deserve a better world is to care enough to change it.

  2. "In the end the biggest risk is accomplishing nothing" is so obvious yet so overlooked. We have to make the effort to see what was always glaring. Yes, we need to have a sense of value if we are to find the treasures we seek. The best ones really are the ones of our own making. I mean, seriously: what is gold but yellow lead? What are gems but rocks? We can turn our treasures into trash but we can also turn our trash into treasures.

    1. Exactly, without an effort to create what's really of value we will only find false treasures.

  3. In order to succeed, you must take calculated risks. That means the advantages and disadvantages of a course of action have been evaluated and a decision made. Once this is done, you take responsibility for the outcome.

    1. Indeed, without action failure is already assured, and with action comes responsibility for what we create good or bad.
